    • Located at 933 Market Street, the Tacoma Comedy Club has donated a gift certificate for a party of twelve. Valued at $264, it is available for purchase in the school office for only $75!

LAND’S END UNIFORMS
Instead of Dennis Uniforms, we will now be going thru Land’s End for our official PLS uniforms. Parents are not obligated to purchase uniforms thru Land’s End, but may choose to due to the great quality, selection, and pricing offered by Land’s End. For more information, click on the following link: Parkland Lutheran Land’s End.

ELHS SUMMER CAMPS
Evergreen Lutheran High School is offering summer camps for Baseball (boys incoming grades 5-9), Volleyball (girls incoming grades 5-9), Basketball (boys & girls incoming grades 3-9), STEM (incoming grades 6-9), and Spanish (incoming grades 6-9). For general information about these camps, please contact the ELHS office at 253-946-4488. Registration forms can be found on the PLS website and are also available outside of the PLS office.

CAMP 4 STAR
Camp 4 Star will be held July 9 thru 15 this year! Camp is for 10 to 15 year olds. Bring your friends and spend a week outdoors at Millersylvania State Park. Enjoy the sunshine, swimming, group activities, Bible class, arts, crafts, singing, and campfire activities. We have a lifeguard on duty, night watchmen, cooks, and a nurse. Applications can be found on the PLS website. COME JOIN THE FUN AT CAMP 4 STAR!

FRIENDLY EXCHANGE PROGRAM
Friendly Exchange would like to offer your family the opportunity to experience Guatemala in your own home. For 11 weeks, you could host a Guatemalan student, the same age as your child, as a member of your family; which means he will join in your daily activities and go to school. Through him, you can learn about a new country and culture, while you experience firsthand the beauty of diversity as seen from a child’s eyes. They also have a good command of the language and bring their own money. The group arrives September 22 and returns on December 9. If you would like to know more, contact Tami Driscoll to find out the location and time of the next meeting near your area or if you prefer, a personal visit at a convenient time.
