Mrs. Lynda Straling grew up in Tacoma, WA. She attended Lakewood Lutheran School for Kindergarten and Concordia Lutheran School for grades 1 through 8. She then went on to graduate from Franklin Pierce High School in 1993. She is married with three children, two of whom are PLS graduates. Mrs. Straling has worked at Parkland Lutheran School since 2015.
