Parkland Lutheran School

Parkland Lutheran School strives to offer a quality Christian education to students of all economic backgrounds who aspire to academic excellence, spiritual growth, and active participation in school activities.

Parkland Lutheran School offers need-based scholarships, as funds are available, to make tuition affordable for more families. We use a third-party organization to help us accurately and fairly assess a family’s ability to pay and, after review, award scholarships accordingly. Confidential Financial Services (CFS) has been supporting Christian families for over 20 years. They understand the importance of you providing your child with a Christian education, which is why we are glad to partner with them in this, their area of expertise.

Their application process will request financial information from you that primarily consists of income, expenses, assets, and debts. CFS uses that information to calculate a “Family Anticipated Contribution Total” (FACT Report) and sends our school board that information. Once received, our school board members will reach out to you to discuss the results.

All applicants should contact and meet with the administration prior to applying for a scholarship.

Application Process:

Step 1: Navigate to or click the image below and either log in to your account or create a new account if you do not yet have one.

Step 2: Once logged in, select “Create/View application” from the options on the left.

Step 3: Enter our school number (71901) and select the school year for which you are applying.

Step 4: Follow the prompts to pay through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account, but just a credit or debit card.

Step 5: Once you make your payment, follow the prompts back to the Confidential Financial Services website, where your application will be opened for you to fill out.

Step 6: Fill out the application, making sure only to submit the application once completed. If you have any questions during the process, select the link to view online instructions. (Note: CFS’s recommendations are based on current income and expenses. Extenuating circumstances should be explained on the application in the area provided.)

Step 7: Once submitted, you will receive an email requesting supporting documents for the verification of your application as well as where to send those documents. Please be sure to check your “junk mail” for this email too. CFS will begin verifying your application once they begin receiving documents from you, and will reach out if they have further questions. They guarantee a 3-5 business day turn around from the point they receive the final remaining documentation they request. Parkland Lutheran School’s Board of Christian Education will not be able to act on your application without supporting documentation.

If you have questions about your application or supporting documents, it is best to email CFS at, rather than call. They are prompt in their replies and will be very willing to help you as necessary.

Finally, Parkland Lutheran School participates in CFS’s Financial Well Being program, an educational program designed to provide each of our applicant families with video education and resources designed to help strengthen your family financially. After your information has been verified, you will receive an email guiding you toward your video and resources. This is part of our tuition aid process, and the video assignment must be completed prior to the disbursement of funds.

If a scholarship is awarded, a student should maintain good standing in academics, citizenship, and attendance, to continue receiving tuition aid.
