PARKLAND LUTHERAN SCHOOL
In addition to the physical education activities required in the curriculum, Parkland Lutheran School offers students the opportunity to participate in a variety of after school athletics. The school sponsors competitive teams mainly for boys and girls in grades 5-8. Practices for these teams are held after school. Specific practice and game schedules will be issued to parents of participating students just prior to the beginning of each sport’s season. Certain teams will have the opportunity to travel to other Christian schools in the area to compete. Every student participating in school sponsored athletics is to have a Concussion Form on hand in the office.
Students must meet academic eligibility set by the PLS Board of Education. PLS participation in all sport’s activities is dependent upon student interest.
