Ms. Chelsey Owings is a Washington native and a proud alumna of Parkland Lutheran School, where she attended kindergarten through eighth grade. She graduated from Franklin Pierce High School and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Central Washington University, becoming a Washington State certified teacher. Prior to joining Parkland Lutheran School in 2026, she taught in the Puyallup School District.
