Mr. Sorn grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio, and graduated from Martin Luther College in New Ulm, Minnesota, in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education. He began teaching at Parkland Lutheran School in 2005 and has served as the principal since 2012. He also coaches various PLS sports, including softball, and helps oversee the Parkland Lutheran Youth Society. Mr. Sorn is married, and his wife teaches at Evergreen Lutheran High School. They have two children.
